Trompe l’oeil print on wood, part of a series of 8 images based on antique postcards of the Côte d’Azur in trompe l’oeil frames
Each image limited to an edition of 40 – mixed media on wood (Transfer print on gesso & Pumice dust)
Although technically these transfer prints are part of an edition, each one is unique,
the surface is prepared first by hand using a combination of gessos and minerals,
The image is then transferred by hand and dissolved into the surface.
